Hal Holland, a well-known wealth advisor in Birmingham, teaches financial planning workshops that have been widely attended by retirees, professionals, business owners in the Birmingham area.  He specializes in working with retirees, and those about to retire, who want to protect their principal and ensure that their money lasts.  Hal helps his clients avoid the common mistakes made by most retirees, and he explains how he has counseled hundreds to avoid these pitfalls.  Be on the lookout for future monthly workshops!

Hal has been assisting clients for over 17 years to protect their assets and invest wisely.  Hal has helped clients cut their taxes by as much as 50%, avoid taxes on social security income, avoid estate taxes, and protect their estate values.  His clients include retirees, professionals, and business executives.

January, 2008...Hal started and created Red Mountain Wealth Management, a subsidiary of National Bank of Commerce.  In November of 2011...Hal merged Red Mountain Wealth Management with Vision Financial Group, Inc.

Hal is a graduate of UAB, where he majored in finance with emphasis on investments.  He used his financial acumen to benefit not only his clients but also the community, in various capacities with clubs and organizations in the Birmingham area.  Hal is a Registered Financial Consultant, which required him to take a 2 year course of study and pass six rigorous exams, proving his commitment to comprehensive knowledge of personal financial issues.  Hal continues with 40 + hours of annual education each year to keep his RFC designation.

Hal and his wife Jeannine with their two sons live in Vestavia Hills, AL.  Hal's hobbies, when he’s not working in his passion as a wealth advisor, are running, reading, coaching youth sports and spending time with family and friends.
